Behind every successful event, there’s a dedicated team, and the University Fair at the International School of Monza was no different. The school staff worked diligently behind the scenes, ensuring that every aspect of the event was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. From logistical arrangements to coordinating with university representatives and students, their commitment to making the fair a memorable experience was commendable.

Our staff played an instrumental role in creating a welcoming and organized atmosphere, ensuring that students felt comfortable as they explored the multitude of academic options available. They were the backbone of the event, and their dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed.

Students arrived with a genuine thirst for knowledge and a desire to take the next step in their educational journeys. This fair was, after all, about them and their futures, and they did not disappoint.

In addition to the university booths, the TutorYou team organized a series of workshops focused on a wide array of topics related to university applications across different destinations. These workshops covered essential aspects such as application strategies, standardized tests, scholarship opportunities, and more. Our University Counsellor, Natalia, kicked off the events a week prior to the fair with our “Pathway to University” presentation, which outlines admissions processes for the most famous destinations for international student.

Our amazing tutors were also on site to interact with students and share the experience of studying in Italy and beyond in various faculties.

We also got the amazing opportunity to give out flyers about our upcoming digital project to attending students and inform them of the fantastic activities ahead!

Overall, we want to thank our university partners, tutors and students who attended the event. A special thank you to the schools who offered us the space to host this event as well as the staff, who collaborated with us every step of the way and was critical for the success of the event.

We were delighted to host 40 fantastic Universities and Education providers and to welcome students, teachers, parents and guardians from not only the International School of Monza but also from the International Schools of Como, Modena, Brescia and Bergamo.

The Fair was a hive of activity with a constant flow of motivated, prepared and enthusiastic students! The 12th and 13th grade students were interested in a broad range of subjects from Fashion Design to mechanical engineering and had the opportunity to speak with universities and education providers from across Europe.

We also organised a series of mini presentations which took place throughout the morning on the following topics: Application to the US, Medicine in Italy presented by Humanitas University, Application to the Netherlands, Application to France, Application to Spain, Application to Law Courses presented by The University of Nottingham, Application to Law and Applying to Creative Industries Courses presented by London Metropolitan University.

The fair was attended by students from Monza, Modena and Como International Schools as well as Collegio Villoresi and St. Louis schools. Thank you so much to those who made the commute all the way from their home towns to Monza for our fair!

Students were greeted by our TutorYou team with a presentation about the main application processes for European universities, in particular for the UK, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy.  Our representatives were extremely helpful and available in providing any information regarding the overall university experience. We went over the different application processes in great detail to ensure that students had the best possible understanding about the next steps they need to take to continue their education.

Afterwards, the 34 present universities each had their own booths where they were able to talk to prospective students about their university, campuses, courses and answer any questions students may have. This gave the students a chance to learn first hand about the universities they were interested in and allow them to make the right decision in regards to their studies. The TutorYou representatives who specialize in applications to particular countries also had a busy afternoon talking to all the people who were interested in applying to their respective countries.

The event was a great success and TutorYou would like to thank all the students, parents, teachers, and universities who attended!

Additionally, we would like to thank all these universities for attending the event and for being a great help to all the students present!

Three of our tutors led a workshop on the different admissions procedures regarding different European countries such as the UK, Spain, Netherlands and Italy, detailing the process and prerequisites needed for every country.

After the presentation, there was the opportunity to have an intimate Q & A session with the students, who had the freedom to ask whatever they wished: for any clarifications or further doubts.
